This is a World War II US Army Northwest Service Command shoulder patch.

The patch is red, white, and blue with an olive drab border. The command was activated in September 1944. Its primary mission was the maintenance of the 1,600-mile Alaska-Canada (Alcan) Highway. The construction of the highway involved over 10,000 soldiers and civilians and is considered a major engineering feat of the war.
